Adam Lukhard - Project Executive

Adam has a passion for commercial real estate and land development. From concept to the final built environment, his passion lies in this transformation and the investment in people to make it happen.  

As Project Executive, he has P&L and Operation Responsibility for all Palomar Coast Development projects. Develops and executes a multi-year strategic plan to increase profitability, supports initiating and closing new business deals, and builds, develops, and manages project teams capable of executing desired business objectives.

He has deal structured, developed, and constructed a diverse portfolio of capital investments ranging in size up to 1.2 million square feet in size and up to $565 million in project value. He enjoys leading initiatives from handshake to ribbon cutting, and the accountability that’s inherent within. He has a strong business acumen for developing a strategic vision paired with a bias for action and outside-the-box thinking. He has a demonstrated track record of unquestioned integrity and ethics and proven experience in driving and growing a business.

In college, Adam was a varsity lettering football player, holding a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri and California Coast University.
